All packages are sent via USPS Priority mail. Shipping fee includes delivery confirmation. Insurance may be added, please contact me if you would like to do so. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. International buyers please contact me with your location and I'll determine the shipping costs. There are no handling fees. All non custom items, in like new condition, may be returned for a full refund if returned within two weeks from the date I sent the order out. Shipping fees are not reimbursed.
Custom Order Policies: Custom orders in like new condition, may be exchanged if returned within two weeks from the date I sent the order out. Custom fee is not refundable. If the exchange involves me creating another custom bag...please know there will be another custom fee, with shipping fee added. I will maintain my current first in first out policy by placing the exchange custom order behind my current list.
