Greetings! I hope you all have a nice long weekend, we stained the house! It was a long job, but a new paint sprayer helped and it's good to have it done.

Honestly, three day weekends aren't my favorite as they take me away from my work, and it's always a scramble to catch up.... in other words, very late nights!

Many of you are interested in the leather straps and I only have three left. I've placed an order for more, and they should be ready by next week. Also well received was the Portable Pattern Pocket! Wow, lots of emails... and I can't blame you, I love mine!
The boys moved over the weekend and are now roommates (again) so they're working on getting settled and Taylor's cats seem to love it!

On Saturday Jennifer from Northeast Fiber Arts is having a knit/spin in with an emphasis on finishing up projects, I'll be there for sure! I've had a garter stitch shawl in Berroco Suede that has half the fringe on it.... good grief, it's been like that for months! I love it, and want to use it so hope to finish it up on this weekend.

Two of my bags are shown in the latest issue of The Knitter and I couldn't be more thrilled!!! I almost cried I was so happy, but instead jumped up and down around in circles as I showed Paul! They contacted me asking for a donation (for the back of the magazine) and liked it so much, they wanted another photo to put in another section of the magazine. So thank you all for your continued support and love of what I do, it's why I'm here week after week, still loving it. Great patterns in the issue too, with an emphasis on lace... hmmm.

Pouring rain yesterday and today, tomorrow doesn't look so great either, but sun for the weekend...

Much kudos to Allison (superior web gal) for all her work this week sprucing up the site! Love the changes, hope you do too!

Hope this finds you well good women, and knitting on... !
