Green Mountain Knitting Bags

January 15

Greetings! BRRRRR! It was 15 below this morning...got to zero mid day, and is 5 below right now. I can best describe it was biting.
So much of one's effort goes to simply staying warm. Beautiful sunshine though...but too cold to fiddle with pictures outside. Not much news this week. Woody spent extra time here at home regrouping from having his wisdom teeth out...not a fun birthday four days later! But we have a dinner out planned for Sunday evening.
Any spare time I had was spent with house duties/errands and tonight's listings...not too much time for knitting though I have started my second long cuffed mitten, and progressed further on one of my shawls.
Oh I heard from one of my regulars who went to see The Seagull on Broadway and saw one of my bags! What fun! It was fun to hear from her...
Even though I'm not one for resolutions, I am trying to get to yoga class twice a week now. I'm good at doing it at home, but wanted to add the Wednesday evening class along with my Friday morning. So I went yesterday for the first time and really enjoyed it. That's a good energy time for me. It did cut into my usual 'highly devoted to bags' Wednesday, but it was worth it!
....A hot bath is in order tonight along with some much overdue knitting...
Stay warm all you good women and for heaven's sake....knit on!
Martha.
