January 31
Greetings! Not sorry to see January go as I look forward to welcoming the February sun. Been very cold and windy along with freezing rain. Today was beautiful though, so I was able to take almost all the pictures outside. Too cold to get a table out there, so I used the seat of our Norwegian kick sled! Weather advisories tomorrow ...again.
My yoga class was better than I could have hoped and after tomorrow's class I'll stay for a private hour. She's a great instructor and works with us individually as we each have our own 'trouble' spots. It's been too long and I realized last week how much I need it, and love it.
Picked up more of the new bamboo sock yarn for another pair of ankle socks (love the yarn) this time in lime green.
Welcome to the new gals who signed into the cart this week! Always a steady flow...and always good to see.
We're meeting with friends tomorrow for dinner (they're much younger) and she's due with her first in May so she's requested baby patterns....what fun! I'll have to go through the archives for those!
For those of you who love football, have fun on Sunday! We'll be cheering for the Patriots...and I'll be knitting.
Oh...my server will be down for most of Saturday...fear not! Just annual maintenance.
This week's Vermont Proverb:
Wishes can't fill a sack.
Till next time...Cheers to February and knit on good women!
Martha.
