February 22
Greetings,
To make things even more clear, when a bag sells, I will now email you to let you know if indeed you were the first buyer of the bag, or not. Do know that once they're listed, I'm bombarded with emails, so my words will be brief. It might be as simple as.. "You got it!" Or..."I'm sorry, just missed it." I hope you all know how much I hate having to send that second message.
Well most of us finished up our shoveling this week, though we do have one roof that needs attention. We'll put our 17 year old (on vacation next week) on that one. The roads were bad for days, and there are still piles of snow everywhere with simply no place to put it...but great for the ski areas. We had friends visit on Saturday, so we all went cross-country skiing. It was perfect...gorgeous February sun, no wind, high 20's, perfect snow....very nice. We skied to a cabin where my husband took this picture of Camel's Hump mountain. We see it from the bottom of our driveway and when we walk. The road I live on is in the valley that's shown, and we're just 10 minutes from the ski center. Yes, I do know how lucky I am.
Tuesday hit me with some sort of bug that had me on my back for the day, but it was short lived.
No time to knit this week which is never good, but I hope to get right back to it.
I always start with this News Page before I send all bag info to Allison, and am contemplating selling the stars & moon bag. Haven't decided, but if you see it tonight...well...I just hope it goes to a good home.
Continued thanks to those who send such rave reviews of their bags, does my heart good.
Till next time...good health, good knitting,
Martha.
