Green Mountain Knitting Bags

December 27

Greetings!

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday. It was low key here, spent with my husband, our two boys and my mom and sister. Thank you Wendy for this week's stellar photos! These were all taken during our Christmas day walk...how cute is my 81 year old mother?!!!
Wendy picked up knitting needles again after a 10 year hiatus to start a pair of mittens on double pointed needles. She did a great job as it all came back to her quickly. I progressed more on the Cabled Riding Jacket, still laughing at how poorly written the pattern is.
Paul made fondue for Christmas eve dinner, then Wendy and the boys had fun on a walk and did some sliding while I drove my mom back home. Older son, Taylor, left yesterday to see a close friend in Rome! We're excited for him and for Woody too, who received tools to set up his woodworking shop.
I have two bags this week, seems I decided it was a holiday week for me too! Please know, if you're new to joining me on Thursday evenings, that I average from 8 to 12 bags a week. So, look for more next week...then we're off to Utah the week of the 7th! As always, I continue to work on the custom bags as well.

Off to get cozy, knit, and watch a movie...

Stay warm, be well...and knit on good women! Oh...and Happy New Year!

Till next time,
Martha.
