Greetings! I'm happy to say I got quite a bit of knitting in over the weekend. I worked solely on my blue reversible cabled wrap. It's such a fun knit and a beautiful fiber to have run through the fingers! Christopher and I continued our fun treasure hunting over the weekend.... we love it. On Monday I needed to 'fabric play' and decided to whip up a case for my new circular needles. I used a fabric you've seen before which is one of my favorites and I wanted something out of it before it's no longer. It was fun to experiment and free form sew and I love it. I also used one of my treasured vintage mother of pearl buttons. I find doing that reenergizes me and fills me up :)
![]() I do love the new needles and even decided to order some double pointed as well. They arrived today and I'm very pleased. Similar to the Hiya Hiya needles but with a bit more weight. Driving home the other day we had to stop and view this beautiful double rainbow! The lighting was gorgeous... a feast for the eyes and lovely to have time stand still if only for a moment.... ![]() Bad weather is forecasted for the weekend.... button down everyone near by..... ! ![]() I want to send my congratulations to my older son Taylor, who starts teaching at The University of Vermont on Monday. All good things..... I have new business cards that should be arriving soon..... I love them! As you know I do enjoy switching them up... ![]() Another floor stand is coming up tonight and I've decided to add a magnetic closure. Thanks to all for the feedback, I love your continued enthusiasm! ![]() Pretty, pretty flowers..... I decided a fresh bouquet from the weekly farmer's market is a must.... Thanks for stopping in. Until next week, I wish you all a moment where time stands still..... and, as always, let's knit on good women... Warmly, Martha.
