Shopping Cart Information (Updated 2-12-08) I want to clarify a few things about the new shopping cart so your time spent here is both exciting and fun. First you'll need to create an account. Once done, you'll log in every time you're here to make a purchase. You'll have approximately 20 minutes before you 'time out'. So be aware of that, and either log in close to 8:30, or log out and log back in if need be. The first step in purchasing a bag is to add it to your cart. Please be aware that several people can have the same bag in their cart at once. The first to complete the payment process gets the bag. Because I offer them at a specific time, and they are highly sought after, on occasion the same bag will sell more than once. Even if you receive a confirmation, it doesn't necessarily mean your purchase was the first to go through. I receive emails as soon as a bag has sold. Two, or even three, can go through the system before it can process the bag as sold. The first email I receive confirms the first to purchase the bag. I will notify you to let you know if you did or did not get the bag. Please know that once the bags are listed, I'm bombarded with emails, so my response will be brief. Either..."You got it!". Or..."Just missed it." Do know how much I hate having to send that second message. If you paid via paypal, and didn't get the bag, I will refund payment instantly. We've done everything possible to avoid this from happening, but on occasion it does. Another option is to purchase the bag with the check/money order option. Then, once I confirm you were the first to purchase the bag, you can request an invoice via paypal, and I'll send it right along. Overall, I'm thrilled with the cart, am glad you're here, hope you enjoy looking and by all means...have fun.
