How beautiful to watch the sunrise on the Crown Point Bridge… spontaneity does have its rewards.
Lovely as always to watch the birds and a pretty waning moon too. This week is all about moving so I won’t be listing bags tonight. I might squeak a case in but we’ll see. I’d like to think I’ll be back and ready for a week from today, that’s the goal…. In the meantime there’s a lot of purging going on which feels great, but there’s so much all over the place that I can’t find the yarn I’m using for the Carbeth sweater! No doubt it’ll turn up….? Unloading many knitting magazines and yarn too, one can have only so much and honestly, I can’t remember the last time I looked at one of my knitting magazines. That said, I’m hanging on to my real old timers from the 40’s 50’s and 60’s. Some patterns are just timeless….
We were expected to get lots of snow in the latest storm, but it was no Nor’easter….. just enough though for the branches to be full and weighty.
My sister in Maine though is, once again, getting another foot! We’re all so ready for spring this time of year but storms in March are common… so we wait, knowing Spring is right around that corner. No knit group this week, we were all busy so hopefully we’ll meet this coming Tuesday. Have good rest of the week and weekend, I’m headed for more packing and continued purging!
Stay well and knit on….. back next week.
